Hi all,

I'm planning to brew a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone based on the recipe they posted. Looking for advice on a water recipe I can use to nail the proper bitterness. I've read different takes on this, but I will be starting with RO water as my base. Please advise if you have done this before, and what would yield best results. I'm starting to focus more on water, and it is definitely improving my beers.

Here is a link to the recipe: Pale Ale | Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

Thanks!

There are a bazillion answers to this question because everyone perceives tastes differently. I use Bru’n Water preset profiles to get me in the ballpark and adjust from there. Yellow Dry would be my starting point For a SNPA clone.
