Side by Side / Keezer / fermentchamber

Hey guys, I tried to search but came up empty...

Has anyone done, or heard, of someone using a side by side as a keezer and a ferment chamber?

Is there a way to control BOTH sides of the unit independently?

I have to think they have independent cooling systems...

If theres a link, I'd love to look at it and save everyones time in explaining lol
