i'm pretty sure i've posted a pic of my swmbo in here before, but not since she has underwent the "transformation", lol. plus it's not a pic of a dog, or a car. here's a pic of her a couple months ago, with horror special fx guru/mastermind steve johnson.




and here's a couple of her with her longer hair, first one was at gencon last year, and second one was at oktoberfest last year.

Is that Robert Downey Jr. putting a move on your SWMBO in the first pic? It looks like he fell off the wagon again.

i love outfits. she does promotional modeling for various conventions, etc, and she also works at a bar downtown that has "outfit" nights or whatever, and is a shot girl sometime, so she has quite the selection of costumes/outfits.

lol, no. kinda looks like him. steve johnson is awesome. he made slimer, and has done the fx/makeup/etc for tons of movies, and he's a total punk rocker, goes against the grain, is super down to earth, and shuns the whole "hollywood" b.s. scene. we hung out with him drinking all night, ran out of booze, and we walked down out the hotel room into the lobby at like 4 in the morning, looking for more booze. he started yelling, "we need booze, i made slimer, get me some booze", as a joke, pretending like he was some stereotypical pretensious hollywood A-hole, and as luck would have it, there were two big fans in the lobby, and they ran up to their rooms, and brought back coolers of alcohol and mixers.

There is some truth to that. I remember when I was dating my wife at around age 21 and raising the flagpole would be an involuntary reaction just from holding hands! Slow dancing with a stiffy.

I fondly shared that with her a few years ago and she said she didn't even notice.

Yes, these days it takes a bit more to get going, thank God!

Here's my wench, Sarah. Just married her last December after dating for 6 months... I was raising three boys under 10 as a single dad after the last fiasco (stay away from women named chelsey with a "y" ok?) She had no kids and was up for the job so I had to swoop on that. She's basically perfect. She hasn't raised her voice to me once, says things like "tell me what you want me to do", and "your the man honey" and its not just cause were newly weds... her mothers the same way and she's been married 30 years. Anyway she cooks, sews, paints, and can run a wet saw, put in a hardwood floor and remodel a kitchen and bathroom wiring plumbing and all. This fool hit the jackpot ladies and gentleman. Ill put up a pic of her last painting too, its a Waterhouse reproduction
