Should I make a starter?

Hey guys, I recently got a vial of East Coast ECY08, Saison Brasserie. It's a blend of different strains.

The recipe I have is going to be 1.065 OG. My question is, should I make a starter with it or not? Normally I would make a starter with any beer that big, but I'm wondering if I would run into the risk of having one strain take over if I make a starter.

If I make a starter, will the blend remain in the same proportions? Or will one of the strains dominate the other ones?
