So it's been almost 48 Hours Since I brewed my Wort and has been sitting in my Mr.Beer keg in 68 to 72 degree Pantry. On the dark.

Now should I be smelling anything or hear anything. I don't have one of the Bubble things on top. But they make the Mr.Beer with slits in top where the cap screws on to let Air out

So should I be hearing or smelling anything or I'm I just getting inpatient

Nope, there won't be much of anything in the Mr beer Keg. Just relax and let the yeast do their thing. They've been making beer for 45 million years and they rarely fail.

You probably won't hear anything with a mr.beer fermentor. Smelling - yeah you might or might not, depending how contained and how close you get to it. And yes.. 48 hours - you are just getting impatient. give it 2 weeks or 4 ... then bottle and wait... paitence really is important with beer.
