I'm looking to brew something around 1.045 starting gravity. I want to mash with libbys pumpkin and use spices. I'm been playing with some recipes from the past and am flirting with just dropping the base malt a bit to reach this but I think it might off set the pumpkin and spice balance. Does anyone have a good session pumpkin ale recipe they have brewed in the past?
