We have been putting in quite a lot of time in our search for the perfect conical for our small brewery (and doing a lot of research here on the forum).
The conical we choose has to be able to ferment 27 gallons of beer.
The conical has to be easy to handle and clean (therefore Blichmann is not a choice of ours).
...we would also like to be able to control the temperature of the fermentation (both cooling and heating).
The MoreBeer conical could be a choice but the heating and cooling system seems a bit tedious to install.
Glacier Tanks has jacketed conicals which are pretty damn nice. But I can't seem to find a good system for both heating and cooling the water going into the jacket.
Putting the conicals in a temperature controlled fridge is not a choice either (we will have at least two conicals to start with, and probably four conicals later).
Any suggestions in regard of the above is very much welcomed!
