Ok. I have a fermenting bin and a keg. I ferment for 7-9 days, rack to the keg add priming sugar and leave for a minimum of two weeks. How do I improve this system by adding a secondry fermentation stage?

I use 5 gal glass carboys for secondary. I just rack to them after primary fermentation has run it's course (typically 7 days) and then let them sit for at least a couple weeks. After that, bottle / keg as normal.

Nice and easy :) Just requires an additional vessel. I've seen folks use spare kegs for secondary as well. You just have to be careful pressure doesn't build up if you happen to rack early or get a second fermentation going.
