Second brew

WEll just had a taste of my second brew lessons learned from the first this batch had a nice balanced flavor the heavy yeast flavor in the first brew isn't there and that's from temp control ahhh looking forward to this one

Nice work!

I tried an unlabeled "mystery beer" last night that was in my pantry. It had the same pre-temp control yeasty off-flavor that I hate. Dumped it and had a nice, clean ESB instead!

Yeah it's not a good flavor might make a beer batter with it and fry some fish
