Any of you out there on this board? I recently moved here, began rebuilding my kit, and brewed my first batch last week.
My question is anyone ever used the artesian well water that flows at that micro park on 800 South? It tastes great, like evian, so I brewed a belgian pale with it. My one concern is the sign by the well noting it contains traces of jet fuel.
