Rookie greetings from Grand Cayman Island

Started brewing about 1 month ago with an inaugural batch of hefeweizen. We have one brewery on the island called Caybrew, and lets just say it's less than good.

Oh man that glass looks soooo inviting. I have never done a hefeweizen... I should hop on aplane and come taste yours. I am certain it would be much better in the warm Cayman sunshine, I am from near Buffalo, NY.

Greetings! I visited GC last year for the first time, +1 to brewing up caybrew alternatives. Is it difficult to find ingredients/equipment there?

Finding ingredients isn't difficult. It's actually cheaper to make your own beer, even after paying duty.
