I'm trying to find a book our website that I can actually learn about individual beer styles. I can find recipes anywhere but I want to the style and process.

Brewing Classic Styles is a good start. Designing Great Beers is another.

Or, you can always just look to the BJCP style guidelines: http://www.bjcp.org/docs/2015_Guidelines_Beer.pdf

That'll literally tell you every accepted BJCP style (which is by no means all encompassing, but if you're looking into style for competition purposes, that's it).

Beyond that, Brewer's Publications has a series of books dedicated to various styles.

Here's an outdated free beer course. Outdated in terms of reference to what the styles have evolved to (ie, imperial IPA to double IPA).

Its great because it has you pick up classic versions of the style and you can compare tasting notes as well as listen to style specific broadcasts per style.

Agreed with most of the folks above. If you want to learn a style google the style you're interested in and add "bjcp guidelines", or alternatively "style profile". BYO.com has some really good articles that break down specific styles, and usually provide some recipes for classic examples of the style.
