Saw it at the store n decided to try it. Taste like Apple juice n probably a good summer beer. Pretty much chugged the whole thing in 1 SIP. Anyway I was wondering how to make it. I'm guessing get some 100% Apple juice and add a little sugar and drop in ale yeast.
What yeast should I use? Maybe us-05? Any ideas?

Redds Apple ale contains real apple flavor. It makes no mention of containing juice so as far as we know it doesn't. It is more likely a very neutral beer that has been sweetened and flavored with an Apple extract. What you describe is a cider made with an ale yeast. There are plenty of recipes in the cider database that do just that
