Hi All,

I have been brewing back full swing...A brew a week since I moved into my new house. I should have my Kegs fully loaded soon :mug:

I had a standard west coast pale ale and a summer wheat brewed and wanted something very different as a third option on tap. I brew a version of this every year and always love it. This year I decided to "mess" with the recipe a bit and get a little crazy :fro:. Normally use a little crystal and no victory. This year I decided to push it with adding victory and special b. Definitely would not fit neatly for brewing competition but I have no plans to share this one...even judges lol.

The brew day went perfect and I hit all my numbers...even remembered the whirlfloc lol.

In any event, I can hardly wait to see how it turns out and if my gamble pays off. Recipe below. Speculation welcome. Criticism too. It is brewed so we shall see.
