Could someone recommend a good session beer recipe to keep on hand? I just bought two more glass carboys and trying to keep an "everyday" beer and a specialty brew on hand at all times.

Any ideas on what to brew next for me? I know I like everything except Belgian Pale Ales so let me know what ideas you have...

+1 to Ed Wort's Haus Pale ale. Also check out Bier Muncher's Centennial Blonde.

I always have one of these on tap.

The Panhandle Blonde on my recipe drop down is one of our standards. Its very light, but still has a lot of flavor. At under 4% you can drink a whole bunch of them and not be totally trashed, or totally full. We cant seem to keep a keg around for more than a week or two.

Session Mild in my recipe drop-down. Yummy, if I may say so. :D

Pride of Raubsville (also in my drop-down) is another recipe specifically designed to be a session ale.
