A friend of mine gave me a bunch of hops that I want to use up. Some hops I have used before, some I haven't. I want to make an IPA or possibly a IIPA using these hops, and am looking for some help with the grain bill and hop schedule. I want to do a 5 gallon batch, all grain, using Safale US-05 yeast. Here's the hops he gave me, and I don't need to use them all in one batch lol

6oz of Crystal
4oz of Williamette
2oz of Chinook
1oz each of Columbus, Palisade, Centennial, Cascade, and Cluster

What ya got for suggestions?!?

Chinook, Columbus, Centennial, and Cascade are all pretty traditional IPA hops. Willamette is widely used in American beers, but less common in IPA. I don't know enough about Crystal (think it's mostly used in lagers) to tell you much, and Palisade I've never heard of. And cluster...some people don't like those.

With 5 oz of those C hops, you could make a normal APA or IPA.
