What do you guys think does this make any sense to you? Sound intriguing to me and I can't wait enough for my device to finally come to my my hands. ;)

Fortunately or Unfortunately for some step mashes aren't necessary anymore due to the modified malts we have at our disposal.

However, I'm partial to the Hochkurz Mash...two maybe three steps (I'm gonna add a rest at 122° F (50°C) and see what happens on my next Helles.
