Greetings!

For the new year I have decided to return cider making and was hoping for a recipe suggestion. I made a few batches a couple of years ago and I still have the equipment, but didn't write anything down about what I did. I was looking to make a sweet, still cider that tastes like cider rather than juice and hopefully doesn't have to age for very long. Any suggestions?

Happy New Year

10 cans of concentrate(no water, just the concentrate) and enough juice to make it to the 5 gallon mark . . . then use wyeast cider yeast. If ya like toss in a 2 ounces of heavily toasted oak cubes for a week or 2 then back sweeten with 3 more cans of concentrate.

simple and effective . . . but the hangovers suck
