So I brewed about 20 gallons of Fat Tire clone for my wedding back on August 8th. Everything went perfect. My buddy let me borrow his keezer to cool my kegs for carbonation as well as storing them until the wedding. Long story short, after the wedding I had no where to store them like my Buddy's keezer. I finally could afford to buy a used chest freezer and a temp controller today. So I put my legs into the chest freezer and set the controller to 40 degrees. Hours later, I go to try some. It still tastes like at the wedding, but it was flat. It had been sitting in my office untouched since the 8th. Is it still okay to recarb using my CO2 cylinder?

Yes, you can put the gas back on and recarb it. Consider replacing the o-rings and gaskets on your keg, it sounds like you have a leak somewhere.
