6 lbs Wheat LME
1.5 lbs Agave Nectar
1 lb Flaked Wheat
1 lb Belgian Wheat
1.5 oz Mt. Hood (60 min boil)
2 oz Grated Ginger (30 min boil)
3 oz Wheat Spice Bag (15 min boil)

This is my first try at making a wheat with ginger in it, hoping for a crisp ale that has a tasty ginger bite to it. I welcome and look forward to any comments or critiques.

Notes: Normally I would use honey but my wife bought 10 lbs of agave from the brew store for making jelly... then left me about 4 lbs to figure out what to do with. My Wheat Spice Bag is equal parts Coriander, Sweet Orange, and Bitter Orange, these are spices I have been adding to all my wheat beers since I brewed with Mr. Beer, I love it and keep it in my brewing spice rack right next to Gypsum and Irish Moss.
