It's only Saturday-- there's still plenty of time to take the boat out this weekend!
Hmm..... They didn't get the parking break engaged fully or maybe they forgot to unhook the winch cable. Maybe both.
Possibly the wife wasn't good with a clutch on an incline. LOL
I could see it dying several times with her popping the clutch only have the damn thing rolling back into the water each time until it was time to bail/swim.

Nice clear water, really a pretty lake.
Was thinking the same. There aren't many bodies of water I'm familiar with that'd be anywhere near that clear...

Probably has close to 50 gallons or so of gas(or diesel fuel)a bunch of motor oil and other fluids in it now.

don't see an oil slick so must not not be leaking
It will quickly. Oil/gas is lighter than water...I guess the oil could stay contained, but gas tanks are not designed to keep gas contained when submerged.

That has too be an air rifle.
By the looks of that yard I bet they have a local ordinance about discharging firearms. So target practice with BB guns and semi auto assault rifles would forbidden.
The 5.56mm or Remington 223 has a long range.

It's probably staged, the rifle is probably not even loaded. Although, TRIGGER DISCIPLINE
