Raging ***** Yeast question

Hi, I'm going to try a clone recipe I found on Hopville, my yeast will be Wyeast 1388. Should I use 2 packets?

Mind my asking what the recipe is? I've been wanting to do a clone of this. Awesome beer.

If the OG was above 1.060 or so, I'd make a starter, or if money isn't an issue, pitch a second pack

I just brewed using this Hopville recipe. The yeast wasn't available so I am using Wyeast Belg. Saison (#3724 - http://www.wyeastlab.com/hb_yeaststrain_detail.cfm?ID=60)

I will report back in a few weeks when its finished.
