I have next week off work, and I'm going to try brewing a sessionable saison on Monday, and perhaps bottle on Friday. It'll be a ten gallon batch. I have a tequila barrel that will serve as a primary for one five gallon batch and then a normal carboy for the other five gallons. Anyone successfully bottle after four days in the primary?
