Hello.
Today, I bottled my cream ale that had raisins and peaches. The problem that I ran into was whilst racking to bottling bucket there were several chunks of the fruit that made it into the bucket. This caused a problem when bottling as the chunks were getting into the bottles. When I got down under a gallon left to bottle, it was nearly impossible due to all the crap that was in there clogging the spigot and the tubing up. So, What do you do to keep the fruit from clogging things? My first assumption is to rack to a secondary then to a bottling bucket. Personally I would just assume go to bottling bucket from the primary. Thanks in advance!
