Just bit the bullet and ordered a 60 quart kettle and a propane burner. going to give the all grain BIAB method a shot.

AWESOME!

I'm about to do the first run on my big boy rig: 32qt kettle, SP10 burner. SUPER STOKED! :rockin:

You all are going to love your bigger pots. I just started w/ my 60qt pot in October or November, and I can't believe I brewed so much without going bigger, sooner!

Makes 5 gal batches a breeze and 10 gal batches with no problems at all!

I was originally looking at going for just a 10 gallon pot. But I really didn't want to get something I would outgrow within a year. I am pretty sure my only regret with this purchase will be not upgrading my shipping so I could give it a test drive this weekend. (probably a good thing though. I currently have one batch drinkable, one going to bottles this weekend, and one going the next) got to love this hobby!
