I've been brewing beer for decades. Been brewing wine for about 7 years. Been kegging and pushing wine with Nitrogen for about 2 years. Works great. I've recently been looking for a portable option. Genuine Innovations makes a great CO2 option for beer. I wonder if you could push the wine with N2O, Nitrous Oxide. Search for "16g N2O Whip Cream Chargers" on amazon. These, or the 8g size may fit (or be made to fit) the Genuine Innovations CO2 Cornelius Keg Charger. If so it will be able to push wine out of a keg. I'm wondering if the N2O would or would not have an adverse effect on the wine?

anybody have any thoughts on this?
