Proping up yeast from Thiriez Extra

Hey guys. Does anyone know, for sure, that the dregs from these bottles are indeed the house yeast and not their bottling yeast? I've seen a couple of posts about it, but nothing substantial.

I was thinking of comparing WY3711 to dregs yeast.

Bump. Got a bottle in the fridge. Want to prop up the yeast, but I don't want a mess of champagne yeast or something.
