Pro brewing books?

After home brewing for several years I just got hired for a brewing position at a local brewery. I was wondering if any pros on here have recommendations on good books and material to read to help me In my future position?

It depends on how far into the science you want to get.

The basics on ingredients are covered in a series of books available from Brewers Publications such as Water, Yeast, For the love of Hops, etc.

More in depth works are offered by the Master Brewers Association of the Americas and the American Society of Brewing Chemists

The three volume Practical Handbook series from the MBAA is very informative and useful.
