Hey all,

I have a big party in a few months and I am going to be making and kegging 3 batches of beer. I currently only have a single keg regulator and more importantly only have a single keg sized keg-o-rator.
Normally I force carb but am thinking my best option would be to prime carb these kegs. Thoughts? Otherwise I can use the shake method but I can have them all constantly on pressure.

For serving we will have the kegs submerged in ice from at least the day prior to keep things cool for serving.

I'd probably prime them if I was in your situation with your equipment. Just be sure to make sure that keg is sealed. I've read (but not experienced) that kegs can sometimes not seal properly if the pressure inside the keg is too low.

So I'd prime, rack, use the co2 to purge the keg, then pressurize the keg slightly and store.
