Brewed this all grain 7lbs Pilsen malt. .5 lbs flaked wheat. French saison I white labs.
I have never seen such coagulation of protein. You can literally see all the way through the fermenter! Is this normal?? I have about 54 batches under my belt and have yet to see this! The airlock it bubbling away nicely. Feedback?? Thanks all! Happy Holidays!
