Got a question i couldnt really find the answer to. When im trying to release the pressure on the keg how long to i keep the relief valve open? I think i have an overcarbed beer. Do i just release pressure till it stops hissing or not for that long?

Yup. You can shake the keg a little and vent again if you are in a hurry. Otherwise just take the pressure off it and vent every hour or so. You can also let it warm up to get the co2 out of solution quicker.
