Power supply for Rule 140 Bilge Pump

I bought a Rule 140 Bilge pump to push air into 1 1/2" PVC in my keezer for air circulation.

I've seen this pump recommended, does anyone use this pump? If so, what do you use for a power supply (voltage and current rating)?

That BLOWER draws around 4amps at 12v DC. I'm pretty sure a chinese knockoff Wii power supply would work well also though it's rated just slightly under at 3.7a.

FYI, a bilge PUMP is a very different device.

I'm using that fan with a radioshack variable voltage wall wart I don't remember the amp rating. but I can say I am considering changing to a computer fan because even on the lowest setting that fan is louder than the compressor on my keezer- it is loud enough that I need to unplug it to hear the compressor or if I want to hear if Co2 is going into a keg when I am trying to force carb.
