thanks everyone. It turned out great... in fact... the keg is almost empty and I don't have anything the fermenter! What the heck was I thinking? :(
 
Got another one that looks like it still has a full Krausen... it was started May 14th. Its now the 30th. Give it more time? I had to put a belt on it to get it to 21C and get the bubbling started again about 4-5 days ago. At that time it still smelled sweet. Now its lost that sweetness and I can mainly smell either some sourness or maybe its just the NB hops. Might just be the nature of this cream ale I guess.
