Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of this Pneumatic Corker?

I found it on CL and went to check it out but there is no manufacturer name anywhere on it and the seller has no clue either. I think this old lady inherited it from family as she hasn't brewed a thing in her life. Not knowing much about corkers let alone a Pneumatic Corker i can see it's missing a compressor, but not sure what type or size if i were to purchase. And there is no ON/OFF or power cord on the thing.
Can any of you wine makers help me out? I was looking to purchase it to bottle beer and wine but completely clueless.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
