17.43 IBU's
22.07 SRM
Grains:
5lbs- Wheat
4lbs- Belgian Pils
12oz- Belgian Caramunich
10oz- Belgian Chocolate
6oz- Belgian Caravienne
4oz- Munich
Hops:
1.5oz Strisselspalt @ 30 min
.5oz Strisselspalt @ 10 min
Spices:
1/2 tsp- Star Anise, 1/2tsp - Corriander, 2 oz - Mandarin Orange Peelings @ 10 min with 1/2 tsp- Irish Moss (not necessary).
Yeast WLP 300 from washed yeast cake + Starter
Decoction 30 min rest at 130*, Sacc Rest @ 155*F for 45 min.
60 min Boil
Ferment @ 68* for 14 days.
