pin lock kegs

I found some pin lock kegs for $45 on craigslist. I was wanting some ball lock kegs. So my question is how hard would it be to change one to a ball lock and how much would it cost?

There is no reason to pay $45 for the keg and then $25 for the conversion posts when you'll probably find Pepsi kegs on CL for about $40. They're $50 at my LHBS.
