Peach fpac question

Started a peach wine today. Five lb's of peaches per gallon. I took 20 lb's of peaches and simmered to make a fpac. I wont need the fpac for a week or two. What do I do with the fpac for that time? Refrigerate it? Freeze it?

Try canning it. I did that with my Pear and apple since I already have 3 wines fermenting already. Works out quiet well. I had my wife can Concord grapes in 2007 and finally remembered I had that last winter and made wine....
