Hey guys - built this with some of the great ideas from the forums. Now I've got two Perlicks, no cooling fans to mess with, and the taps are cool to the touch while the PVC is not. Having the extra copper hanging off the T's in the fridge seems to help. Thanks for the ideas!









 
Probably should have mentioned, copper tubing runs to within an inch or so of the barbs on the shanks. Hard to see in the picture. Also, left a hole in the back of the tower for easy access to the clamps. When the top insulation is in, hole is blocked so the cold stays in :rockin:
 
This still working well? Downsizing to a tower, had built a PVC pipe, and this looks a lot nicer than other solutions I'd looked into.
 
It worked well when I was using it. Switched over to a chest freezer a while back for more keg space!
