Pacifico a no no

So about 2 weeks ago I bottled my Double O blossom honey Hefeweizen. I ended up running out of my normal bottles I bottle with so I found some Pacifico bottles and filled them up. In the past 2 weeks all 5 of the bottles bottoms blew out. I would recommend not using Pacifico bottles to bottle condition. Now my closet smells like beer!

Not the best picture, but the whole bottom blew out. Crazy stuff. I'm glad it didn't blow up in my hands!

Thanks, just saved me about a gallon of beer. One thing though, next time tell me before I've, delabeled, cleaned, and sanitized them okay?

I am a new brewer, but had fine success with pacifico bottles for my first batch. Probably used 20+

I could never get caps to seal on these, looks like that was a good thing.

I've used Pacifico bottles over and over with multiple styles of beers. Never had a problem.
