i want to use my inline O2 infuser transferring from kettle to unitank while cooling. I can get to 80 degrees consistently during the transfer. It is a 5 micron stone. Is this too hot to oxygenate? Would I be better lowering to 70 with the glycol chiller and then using the carb stone in the unitank and skip the O2 while transferring? Thanks!

Oxygen is more soluble in cooler wort. You may be disappointed in the amount you can make dissolve at 80 degrees and possibly even at 70. Many ale yeasts ferment cleaner as the temperature gets closer to 60 so were it my system, I'd wait until the wort was cooler to aerate with you oxygenation stone.
