So I have been kegging for a few months now and I had my first big OOPS the other day. I put a keg on to force carb and they are usually perfect at right about 3 days on the gas. Unfortunately, I forgot about it and left it carbing for an extra day or so. It now tastes like beer champagne...anything I can do to get some of the CO2 out of suspension without ruining the beer?
