What's the opposite of a hop head?

I used to be all about the hops, and mind you I still am, but over the past few years I've been really digging malty beers. Oktoberfests and Belgian Blondes, to name a few.

A malt head?

That just doesn't sound right. Help me, HBT. You're my only hope!

Yeah, we need a term for that. I'm fine with hops, but I love those funky Belgian yeasts and the spicy Hefes.

Yeasterners? (sorry, hard to be creative after a white Bordeaux before dinner and an APA with the swordfish - life is good)

Meathead? :D

Considering hophead applies to one style of beer out of over a hundred, I'd say the opposite of a hophead is a beer lover.
