I have 4 oz. of Munich malt (crushed) left over from a batch of Hefe-Weizen I brewed about a year ago. It has been sitting in a kitchen cabinet in a little plastic bag, closed with a twisty tie since then. Any opinions on whether it is ok to use? It doesn't look moldy or anything and still smells like malt.
