Have looked into the forum a couple times. Lots of good info. Have been brewing something or other for 20 years. Beer, wine, mead. Partial mash mostly. We go to Northern Baja for the winter so I guess we are technically Snowbirds, at 64 years old I guess I will figure that out when I grow up, but for now I am a Brewer. I met a great person who has been all-grain brewing for 15 years and I have learned much. We started a brewing club The Baja Brewers and have app 10 members. Last year we built a mobile all-grain brewing system with the boil pot being half of a 55 gal stainless barrel. All the parts were scrounged or donated by members. Works great. Will post a picture soon.
