Yep, living in Oklahome is silly. So is going 15 years drinking SOS (**STUFF** off the Shelf). Welcome back. It's changed a LOT since you stopped. That was about the time I started, and I've seen it evolve incredibly in that time.

Welcome back. I'm on a break from brewing due to relocating. But I'll be back at it soon. Fortunately I've been able to make meads during the transition but I can't wait to get started brewing in my new 24x24 brew room.
