February 18th - 222.5, 27%
The BF percentage really needs to be taken with a grain of salt. While the scale can give you a rough estimate, the best (economical) way is with calipers. Either way it's good to finally being able to see the "teens" in a while. I was stuck at ~230 for a good while, but the treadmill I bought has helped me keep on track...
