I corney kegged my kolsh about 4 weeks ago and primed it with corn sugar in the keg for carbonation since I haven't picked up a CO2 tank yet. I stored it in my basement for a few weeks which is nice and cool then moved it to my garage fridge when I was ready to cool it and drink it. I charged it with a little CO2 injector (the little hand held type) and then drew a pint. Two problems were painfully obvious. One, it was flat, and two the creamed corn problem. I'm pretty sure, one does not beget the other so I am surmising that my keg is not holding pressure and I did not boil the wort long enough to drive of the DMS precursors.
Any suggestions for saving or is this a drain pour?
