I'm brewing a pale ale kinda

Currently have a bad cold and the thought of fruity beer sounds good.
5 gallon
5# 2 row pale
5# golden promise
.5 oz Galaxy 15.4 60 mins
.5 oz Galaxy 30 mins
1oz Galaxy 10 mins

Mangrove jack's Bavarian wheat yeast!

Other than why, any thoughts ?

Sounds perfect for S04 but I was thinking along those lines too to use some Galaxy and wheat yeast. Why not!

The yeast is the only thing weird. Im tried making damfbier (a german all barley malt ale made with a hefe yeast), I always found it tedious and making me wish I was drinking an actual hefe.

If you want a fruity beer, what about using a belgian yeast? like wyeast1214? That will be fruity. Though galaxy is a bit of a rough bitter, that might not be ideal with a belgian yeast, you may have to swap out the bittering addition for something softer.
