What are some hops that you guys have used for dry hopping that were a little out of the norm and what were your results?

I use two varieties that I can get very little info on.

1. Comet, very similar to cascade but offered less aroma for the same additions

2. Serebrianka...we will have to wait and see.

I have also used amarillo, and chinook, and magnum for DH. All offer pretty interesting flavors...Amarillo is kinda cirusy, chinook is kinda crisp and effervescent, and magnum tends to lend a sweet hop flavor with more of a punch kinda taste. At least those are my impressions.

Anybody else care to chime in?

Awesome, yeah I've really been itching to get my hands on some galaxy hops and give those a shot. They sound like they would work really well. Amarillo, along with most C hops tend to be some of my favorites but that seems to be fairly common practice in the craft brew world now.
