I have read many different posts and forum discussions about how? when? quantity? of adding oak cubes to your brew. And all the people who has had the opinion that oak should Not be added to the primary has Never been able to explain why... So I actually brewed 2 days ago and added bourbon oak cubes (without the bourbun) in "hop bags".

What do you think? Will it go bad?
Do people usually add the liquor also and that is why you do not recommend adding it to primary?
